Row: In 3 Even Teams, accumulate as many calories as possible in 15 Minutes. Every Minute, each member performs either 3 Muscle-ups, 5 Chest to Bar, or 5 Ring Rows + 5 Dips. During the Row, each member not rowing will perform the dying cockroach.
At the 15 Minute mark, athletes will transition to:
AMRAP 15 Minutes:
50-55 RP Airdyne
At the 3, 9 & 12 Minute Marks, perform 5 strict Chest to Bar + 10 Toes to Bar
At the 6 & 15 Minute Marks, perform 5 Kipping Handstand Push-ups at 40x0 Tempo
