  • Find your Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
  • Calculate your Peak Heart Rate (PHR)
  • Caluculate your Training Heart Rate (THR)
  • Find your Heart Rate Zones (HR)

Your RHR is best obtained first thing in the morning. PHR can be best obtained after doing maximal effort sprinting work.
