24 V-ups
2 Rope Climbs -OR- 5 Heel Hooks
*One partner works at a time, each athlete much complete work before moving to next Movement. Partner A does 12 SDHP, Partner B does 12 SDHP - they can move to v-ups, Partner A does 24 V-ups, Partner B 24 V-ups - move to climbing drill.....
