AMRAP 25 Minutes: 
10 Zercher Reverse Lunges(5/side) 70/50                          
10 Alternating Bag shoulders 70/50                                      
20 Lateral 2-foot bag hops (ea foot = 1rep)                                
*Relay style; While Athlete 1 Runs 200m, Athlete 2 begins working throught the movements. When Athlete 1 completes the run, they will start where Athlete 2 stops and Athlete 2 will run 200m. Continue alterating this way for 25 Minutes.
