1.) Find a 5 Rep Max Push Press
*Use the Following Rep Scheme to Establish Your 5 Rep Max - 12 Reps at Minimal Weight, 10 Reps at Light Weight, 8 Reps at Moderate Weight, then 5 Reps until Max is Established.

2.) 3 Rounds For Time: 
      20 Double Kettlebell Swings
      10 V-ups
      5 Strict Pull-ups
