This week begins a Test Week. We will be testing various modalities to use as standards and measurement tools moving forward. It is important that you journal these movements so you can reference them as the cycle continues!
1.) Standing Broad Jump - Athletes will have three attempts to find a max distance Standing Broad Jump. Distance will be measured from the starting point to the back of the heel.
2.) Rope Climbing Skill Work - Athletes will work on Grip, Footwork from the Ground and Seated, Efficienecy.
3.) Beep Test - At the sound of the Beep, Athletes will run 25 Yards to a cone. On the next Beep they will run back to the starting point. This will continue until Athletes can no longer complete the distance between cones at the Beep.
