*RX is Body Weight
*You MAY rack the barbell, but if you do it must be noted... so don't rack it unless you absolutely have to! 
*Athletes should have a goal of completing at least 25 Reps. Start scaling at 50% of 1RM if necessary.
Rest 5 Minutes, Then...
