Warm-up For Back Squat, Then...

5 Sets of Back Squat:
Set 1 @70% of 1RM For 5 Reps
Set 2 @75% of 1RM For 4 Reps
Set 3 @80% of 1RM For 3 Reps
Set 4 @90% of 1RM For 2 Reps
Set 5 @75% of 1RM For 10 Reps
*Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets
Then...

EMOM For 20 Minutes:
Minute 0: 5-10 Strict Handstand Push ups
*Scale is 3 negatives w/a 5 second descend or 5 Strict Press @70% of 1RM

Minute 1: 20 Second Hanging L-sit Hold
*Scale is tuck hold

Minute 2: 40 Seconds of Double or Single unders
*note reps per round

Mintue 3: 30 Seconds of Airdyne
