10 Minutes to Establish a Tall "no step" AND "running start" box jump
Then...


30 Minute AMRAP: 
10 Down & Back Runs
20 Wall Balls 20/14
30 Step up overs 24/20
40 Sit-ups
50 Burpees
*Rest 3 Minutes between rounds


Intent: This is a true aerobic test. The burpees will test the mental
and physical limits of athletes. The challenge will be to keep moving,
but this is a good baseline to see where you are at with cardio
endurance.
