10 Double Kettlebell Swings
*If not proficient with doubles, use 1 Kettlebell
Power Clean Ladder:
Every 45 Seconds, Complete 1 Power Clean.
*Men will start at 135 and go up increments of 10.
*Ladies will start at 95 and go up in increments of 5.
*Groups of 3 is preferred. Athletes not lifting will add the weight for
the athlete lifting.
*If a lift is not completed in the 45 seconds, you attempt is
terminated. Your score is your final completed lift.
